Last fall Len fell in love - with an old barn. 




But at least it is an old barn with a view and lake frontage...  So, after several delays on the closing, and almost changing our minds about it, we bought it.  The first time we went there Sadie and Maya had just starting reading Bobbsey twin books.  The Bobbsey summer home is called Meadowbrok, so Sadie quickly named our new property. 

Last weekend we went over for a picnic and a bit of spring cleaning...










 and a bit of snuggling!

So, if you come over this summer to visit your meat birds and see how they're growing and we aren't home - we might be at Meadowbrook.
